Went in to Morrison's pontefract (sunday morning )went up to hot counter the woman behind was in a mood there's a way to deal with customers and she was arrogant, im exempt from face masks for a genuine reason it made me feel she was been like this for that reason.Came to check out at the till again staff weard they need to learn there are hidden disabilities and not everyone is using it as a way to get out of wearing face masks.Managers you need to up your game and learn your staff to keep personal feelings out of it and to educate on hidden disabilities.
