All of Mainland Scotland is Level 4 Covid restrictions. WHY are you sending meter readers to peoples doors WITHOUT masks asking to come in and read meters????? WHY on Christmas Eve and AGAIN on 30th DEC.NO MEANT NO the first visit!!
