Booked a smart meter installation via Bulb and they cancelled my appointment saying 'There was no parking available'.
There might be no space right in front of the apartment but there were lots of space near by (pay and display and free street parking) which they don't even bother to give a call for us to come downstairs to sort it out for them.
Called back right after and they just don't answer the phone anymore.
Lazy and ridiculous service just like other review said.
