We have recently completed on a house and what was originally thought as a straightforward purchase turned out to be extremely difficult with many unexpected hurdles from the sellers side. Despite this and throughout the process Richard, Julie and the team and been brilliant at keeping in contact with me and liaising with the bank and sellers agent to get the deal done. The mortgage we secured was the best in the market at the time and am extremely satisfied with the outcome. 5 stars.
