AVOID!!! The best option is to go without this broker. Go directly to the bank, and you will get better mortgage conditions, faster follow-up on your situation, and quicker approval. These guys are kind and fast only until they get your exclusivity signed and receive their payment from the bank.
Don't make the same mistake I did.
