Disgusting customer service ⚠️ Waiting 2 years for a new vehicle and being charged for a five year old car that’s not fit for purpose. Rude unhelpful staff only concerned with profit instead of providing the service they are supposed to for disabled children. Customer service Manager Alexandra Castle is not interested in finding a resolution. Worst management I’ve ever experienced. Motabilty now reported to Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards.
