Horrible experience with Motea...they've lost the quick fasteners to fix my saddle cover (during/after renovating my saddle)...now they claim that the quick fasteners were never present on the saddle when it arrived at their warehouse. I have pictures of just before the saddle was sent to them (with quick fasteners), but they keep on stating that they received my saddle without quick fasteners. It's my word against theirs, not difficult to predict who's going to loose this discussion... FYI, the quick fasteners cost around 45 USD ! Absolutely not done, customer service = 0.
