Inizialmente scettico, basandomi sulla lettura di recensioni contrastanti, ma alla fine ho voluto "rischiare" visto la convenienza del prezzo molto concorrenziale rispetto al altri siti e-commerce. Nella fattispecie ho ordinato un "Carrello Spostamoto per Cavalletto Centrale ConStands Mover II max. 400 kg rosso" il 20.01.2026, data di consegna prevista tra il 29.01.2026 - 03.02.2026, ed invece con grande sorpresa la consegna è avvenuta il 27.01.2026 in soli 7 giorni. Inoltre l'imballo perfetto, il prodotto rispecchia perfettamente quanto dichiarato dal venditore e le mie aspettative.

I buy mirrow for my Harley . I drive 1 time the glasses fall out of the frame . Very bad site ! Dont buy with motea . Is good to have accidents with there parts

I purchased a battery powered tire pump with monitoring system for tire pressure and temperature for my motorcycle. The battery in the unit that being the monitor was going dead every 4 days and it is saying that my tire pressure is 35 PSI and 82° for each time when it's been 50° outside. They got back to me in a few days and said after discussion I could keep the unit and they will give me a full refund within 5 to 7 working days. For me it is now 14 days later, no refund, and the same generic response for me asking what's going on. If this is my bank today being Wells Fargo they've been very good in matters in the past similar to this and if I have to I will go further and I told them in this most recent email back to them. I'll never use them again.

I ordered crash bars for a Husky and after waiting 1 month I received and missing parts! This place suck on customer service will be protesting charges.

I ordered parts for a Indian Scout. After ordering, I received an email saying that delivery date will be January’26. 5 months!! They quickly billed my card. I don’t think so. I tried to cancel immediately. We’ll see what happens.

Do not buy from this place. Worst customer service and they send tariff charges to you after purchase. I ended up paying 200$ for some mirrors that didn't even fit.

I bought some crash bars for my KTM 890 and paid in fully when ordered, only to be charged another 67% more COD to receive the parts (dishonesty is hard to overcome). I paid it because no one else makes them. When I received the parts the package was severely damaged, as were the parts. I have to repaint the parts now. I would never use them again.

My order came delivered by UPs and then had to pay £120 delivery fee what a joke stay away if you don't want more cost Lee

hello. I absolutely do not recommend and I certainly advise against any cooperation with this company. I bought a center stand for a motorcycle. I installed it at a mechanic's. It turned out that the product is defective and at any moment the motorcycle can fall over and damage or endanger the health of me or someone around me. The company does not feel obliged to refund the money for assembly and disassembly, using the excuse that the product is for self-assembly. It is absolutely not. It took the mechanic with an assistant over an hour in the workshop. So if you want problems, feel free to shop at Motea.

I was very skeptical about how this would work out for me after seeing so many bad reviews. I purchased the stand and it shipped promptly through FedEx. Then the problems began. First, my package was held up at U.S. customs. That was not their fault I guess. Secondly, trying to get ahold of someone is bloody murder. They have a phone number but no 1 800 number. After looking for some time I found their email and it was about a 24 hour turnaround to receive a response. Value for the money is awesome, however the customer service is lacking. In the end, the product works as advertised.

There is no contact number in their website if you need help and no way to message them as well. If you try to message them in their social media they don’t even respond. I dont know if this is just a bad costumer service or this company is a scam.

I ordered Aluminum Panniers for my Suzuki DR650, they came within a month, not abnormal for Hawaii. the 36L pannier lid wasn't locking due to the lid latch placement, so I would always key lock it. I haven't had the set of panniers for less than a month and the Lid flies off on the way to work, could not find it. I have reached out to Motea at least 7 times to ask for any help whatsoever without any response. I even tried to buy a new pannier single and now the website won't let me. Customer service is not just horrible, IT DOESNT EXIST WITH THIS COMPANY. All I need is the lid. No answer.

The chair I ordered looked nothing like the picture or what was advertised on the website. Customer service not only refused to help but was also rude and condecending when contacting them. Avoid this company at all cost, they are scamming you.

Purchased an item to be shipped to the UK. Motea told me the import taxes were 25%. When the item arrived I had to pay almost 50% tax. Moteas' response, it is my error. They clearly are vague around taxes so as to not put off international buyers. If you're in the UK, avoid at all costs.

Like the rest of the reviews on here the product is dreadful with no fitting instructions and a damaged lock on the panniers. Hopefully i am protected as I bought with a credit card. Feel totally ripped off with a rubbish product
