MOTEA use to be really good..... Man MOTEA use to be really good to work with, but getting any warranty help or help at all, is all but impossible now meaning any thing you buy now is a risk because getting help, you just get a message telling you there to much business to help any inquiries so you can't leave one! You can find you way to leaving a complaint, however you fill out a form and hit submit and surprise! Your met with a systems error try again later that seemingly last for weeks! I have bought two different bike dolly's / movers and in a short time both have had wheels fail. When I ordered the second I noted the wheels on the first one failed under the special instructions. I heard nothing in return, however following the delivery of the second lift, I suddenly received the wheelset for the first dolly. Now the wheels have render the second life useless and I can get no help at all. Even there warranty fact just states they honor warranties for two years....no link, no email, no form, no redirection, just "was this helpful to you, yes or no" Its terrible service level and is most likey the last thing I will purchase from MOTEA knowing failure is the risk without support.

I wish I could give zero stars. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, and I strongly urge anyone considering Motea to look elsewhere. From start to finish atrocious. The delivery nightmare: My order took weeks to arrive after UPS claimed three failed delivery attempts that never happened - I took time off work and have doorbell cameras proving no one came. Only after multiple complaints to Motea and UPS did one of the parcels in the order arrive, the other supposedly 'attempted' but without me being in, again not true. Then a £59.99 customs fee suddenly appears on the portal that wasn't originally on the order, despite delivery having already been attempted four times on this item apparently. The main issue - damaged goods: When both parts of the motorcycle dolly finally arrived, it was severely damaged with deep scratches across all metalwork. The packaging was held together with tape, clearly indicating this was a returned item being passed off as new. I paid for new equipment and received what appears to be someone else's rejected order. In addition to this the handle for moving the dolly fits so loosely it is effectively useless for moving a bike. The insulting "resolution": Motea's response? A laughable 10% partial refund to keep their defective product. When I rightfully refused and cited UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), which clearly states sellers must cover return costs for faulty goods, they: Refused to arrange or pay for collection Refused to reimburse the £59.99 customs fee I paid for their defective item Refused to cover the estimated £100+ international return shipping Hid behind their "company policy" as if it overrides statutory consumer rights The worst part: After multiple emails explaining my legal rights, their final response was dismissive and condescending - "we are happy to address your concern one last time" - before restating their unlawful position. They're essentially trying to financially bully customers into accepting damaged goods. I've had to raise a chargeback with my credit card provider. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration - there are plenty of reputable retailers who actually respect consumer law and stand behind their products. Absolutely disgraceful.

I buy mirrow for my Harley . I drive 1 time the glasses fall out of the frame . Very bad site ! Dont buy with motea . Is good to have accidents with there parts

I purchased a battery powered tire pump with monitoring system for tire pressure and temperature for my motorcycle. The battery in the unit that being the monitor was going dead every 4 days and it is saying that my tire pressure is 35 PSI and 82° for each time when it's been 50° outside. They got back to me in a few days and said after discussion I could keep the unit and they will give me a full refund within 5 to 7 working days. For me it is now 14 days later, no refund, and the same generic response for me asking what's going on. If this is my bank today being Wells Fargo they've been very good in matters in the past similar to this and if I have to I will go further and I told them in this most recent email back to them. I'll never use them again.

I ordered parts for a Indian Scout. After ordering, I received an email saying that delivery date will be January’26. 5 months!! They quickly billed my card. I don’t think so. I tried to cancel immediately. We’ll see what happens.

Do not buy from this place. Worst customer service and they send tariff charges to you after purchase. I ended up paying 200$ for some mirrors that didn't even fit.

I bought some crash bars for my KTM 890 and paid in fully when ordered, only to be charged another 67% more COD to receive the parts (dishonesty is hard to overcome). I paid it because no one else makes them. When I received the parts the package was severely damaged, as were the parts. I have to repaint the parts now. I would never use them again.

hello. I absolutely do not recommend and I certainly advise against any cooperation with this company. I bought a center stand for a motorcycle. I installed it at a mechanic's. It turned out that the product is defective and at any moment the motorcycle can fall over and damage or endanger the health of me or someone around me. The company does not feel obliged to refund the money for assembly and disassembly, using the excuse that the product is for self-assembly. It is absolutely not. It took the mechanic with an assistant over an hour in the workshop. So if you want problems, feel free to shop at Motea.

There is no contact number in their website if you need help and no way to message them as well. If you try to message them in their social media they don’t even respond. I dont know if this is just a bad costumer service or this company is a scam.

I ordered Aluminum Panniers for my Suzuki DR650, they came within a month, not abnormal for Hawaii. the 36L pannier lid wasn't locking due to the lid latch placement, so I would always key lock it. I haven't had the set of panniers for less than a month and the Lid flies off on the way to work, could not find it. I have reached out to Motea at least 7 times to ask for any help whatsoever without any response. I even tried to buy a new pannier single and now the website won't let me. Customer service is not just horrible, IT DOESNT EXIST WITH THIS COMPANY. All I need is the lid. No answer.
