“I was very skeptical about how this would work out for me after seeing so many bad reviews. I purchased the stand and it shipped promptly through FedEx. Then the problems began. First, my package was held up at U.S. customs. That was not their fault I guess. Secondly, trying to get ahold of someone is bloody murder. They have a phone number but no 1 800 number. After looking for some time I found their email and it was about a 24 hour turnaround to receive a response.
Value for the money is awesome, however the customer service is lacking. In the end, the product works as advertised.”

“I ordered a motorcycle tire changer from Motea. It arrived 5 months later. It was fabricated in China. After 1 use on a rear tire of our Yamaha R1, the welds on the unit broke.. The weld was ~30mm long, but was off location and only held the two parts together over 2mm. I've contacted Motea service 4 times now with only a computer response that is automatically generated asking me if the part does not fit. All I look for is a decent response from a real person. I'd like them to replace the faulty component. I imagine I'll just take it to a weld repair shop and pay them to repair the faulty part. I do believe they are a legitimate company. I honestly thought I lost my money. Their focus on the customer is lacking.”
