I had to engage Paypal in order to get my money back. Scammers. I cant believe some brands engage with them and even sell their products exclusively through them (hint: ConStands)... Never again!!

I do not recommend it, some packages take 2 months or longer, no response to emails.

have been waiting for over a month for order have sent emails requesting details butt no joy, sent 3rd email stating that I will be taking legal action against company to recover my money do not trust this company.

Waited a month for my order only to find they've sent the wrong item. Have emailed them three times with no response. If I'd seen the reviews before I ordered my item I would not have used them. The lifting stand is not compatible with the dolly. Dreadful Customer service.

Horrible service. I ordered a couple of items 2 months ago. After one month without even getting a tracking ID or something to know where the order is, I wrote them. They asked for payment confirmation. When I sent it to them, I was told there was a transmission error but the package is unlocked, so everything is fine. A month passed again, still no tracking ID so I wrote them again. This time they claimed I have not payed enough (not true) and should send payment confirmation again. Many mistakes, slow responses, I am not even sure now that I will ever receive this order. Definite 1 star, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

What a nightmare to deal with. I ordered over £300 of accessories from Motea Germany website, the website processed my order, payment was made only to then be told that as I checked out as a guest, the order was not placed. Having spoken to them and assured that the payment would not be taken from my account, i created an account with them, re ordered the parts, which all went through ok. The following day Motea take 2 x the amount from my bank. They do not answer the phone or respond to e mails. 1 package out of 3 is still in germany DHL damaged. I am over £600 out of pocket with just 2 of the parts delivered so far out of 4 ordered. Deal with at your peril.

I ordered a fuelcap for my motorcycle on the 29th of November. When I recieved the item it was damaged so I contacted Motea. After I created a ticket they insisted that I sent them a picture of the damage, so I did . On the 9th of December they sent me an email that they wanted me to fill in a return form and send the item back to them. So I did. The 24th of December I asked them where my new fuelcap is and they responded that they didn't recieve the damaged item yet. When I checked the track&trace number from POSTNL it said that the package was already recieved by them on the 20th of December! The 30th of December I sent them another email that I wanted a full refund or a new fuelcap immediatly. On the 31st of December they responded that they will look into it immediatly and send a new Item once all is revolved. It is the 3rd of Januari now and I still haven't heared from them. I am deeply dissapointed in Motea and I will start a case via PayPal to get my money back. Nils

Grim dealing with them from start to finish, the sales experience was very disorganised and then it just went downhill. I specifically requested that the stand would fit with the standard KTM crash bars I had and they confirmed it would, guess what they had not even bothered checking. Going through the pain of getting it returned and refunded, deal with lost of online companies but this one sucks. Avoid.

I ordered a paddock stand, never got it and no refund. Customer service is just a scam. I got ripped of by these bastards. So please ladies and gentlemen. Do NOT buy from Motea. They will rip you off.. My bank is trying to help me get my money back now. A police report is also delivered.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a product via their listing at eBay and they the product with wrong parts, so it was unusable. Contacted customer service who have been stalling the issue ever since. Result: I bought a product that I cannot use. I had to contact eBay who stepped in and refunded the whole amount.
