I placed an order on September 3, 2023. Today is October 10, 2023 still haven't received order. Tried notifying y email, message and phone. Never been able to speak to anyone, never received an email or message back. NOTHING. Most terrible experience I've ever had ordering anything. These are horrible people to deal with. Looks like I'm out almost $400.00. NEVER AGAIN. 00000 stars

Purchased an almost $900 Canadian set of saddlebags. It originally said 3 weeks for delivery, then it changes to 2 months. I went on vacation and it changed again back to when I was gone. As such, delivery was missed. No notification of the change. After contacting UPS, motea’s delivery provider, then spending innumerable calls and emails, motea’s response was “that they bear no responsibility for the deliverer’s negligence.” UPS is a totally different problem but they has said that the product was frozen in their distribution center, until the shipper (MOTEA) contacted them. To completely abandon the customer, whom paid for a service only to spend more money and time without receiving the product, is an abandonment of the customer/service provider contract. I hope that all prospective customers of MOTEA read this and seriously reconsider spending their hard earned money.

These say quick delivery and then say delivery is going to be 3 months. You then request to cancel and they just ignore your emails and will not refund. Clearly the company has financial problems so avoid at all cost.

I first ordered a motorcycle rear wheel hydraulic moving device for my Suzuki. This was delivered correctly and in reasonable time from Germany. The company kept me informed all the way and the quality was very good. I then needed crash bars for the same bike and again all went to plan and I was again very happy with the quality and especially the sturdiness of the 28mm bars. They have been fitted and look great. It would have been nice to have more detailed instructions but it came with a good exploded view of the way it went together but a utube video would have been good. I read the reviews for the company after I had completed my two purchases and I didn’t recognise a lot of the complaints. If I had read the reviews first I might not have used the company which would have been a shame. Mine was a positive experience and hope yours is the same. Patrick.

I Ordered From Motea June of 2023. They emailed me and said my order would be delivered September 1 2023!!! Tried to contact them through Email, phone call, etc,etc. No one would contact me back!! Called my Credit card company and they couldn't get in touch with anyone about my funds!!!! THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

My stand came surprisingly quick which was nice. In the description it said that it would fit my bike, well it didn't. I tried to return it, but they said that returns from America are not accepted. So now they're telling me I wasted 200 dollars on their "Con"stand

This company is Garbage rotten don't touch them hopeless take your money and don't care atoll about customer mucked me about for 3 weeks I didn't get my item only to be eventually told they had refunded £309 worst company I've ever dealt with

This is a scam scam site!! Everyone be careful!! The product ordered and paid for will not be delivered and the money will not be returned. I have already filed a police report. If you have also been scammed, I recommend that you file a report, because these dirty bastards will not stop.

Motea Shipped my order in two parts and included invoices for the full retail value, not the special offer price on both parcels, both poorly packed and damaged. As a consequence, I had to pay customs duty and VAT twice (50%). Motea Customer Service doesn't even respond to emails. Hopeless, avoid at all costs!

Be warned if you're ordering from the UK, make sure you allow for an extra 125 Gbp import tax. Makes the kit expensive.

After Morea collected the money for the product, they send me an email saying that I won't be able to get my stuff for another 3 months. That wouldn't work for me, so I decided to cancel my order and get my money back. I requested the order cancellation 3 times but they completely ignore their customers. They never responded and they are still keeping my money.If this isn't a scam I don't know what is. Fraudsters, no doubt about it.

Terrible experience. Will never order from this website again. Ordered hand guard for my CRF1100, quality is very poor and no mounting instruction. When I wanted to return the item, It says:"No return to this location", which is California in USA!!!! KEEP AWAY from this company

Worst Customer Service - So bad it's unbelieveable! I order an adapter for my ConStand to fit my new bike. It arrived missing a bolt. This was obvious from the picture of the contents and that I fitted one of these to a previous bike. It's an engine bolt so didn't want to try to find something in the hardware shop. After 3 messages via their website, I was getting no response - I finally had to open a PayPal dispute to get their attention. I'm hoping to soon get a refund as a sent the item back at a cost of €20 to me. On an €80 purchase! The worst part is now my ConStand is completely useless. Do I order again with the hope they'll get it right the next time or just chuck my ConStand in the skip and be done with it? Anyway safe to say I won't be shopping on Motea again and couldn't recommend a ConStand unless you are planning on never changing your bike.

😡😡 Keep away from this fucked up company. Waited 3 months, still no Sizzybar. When I E-mailed them, They didn’t answer, and They charged me one more time from my creditcard. Now I give up, and will contact my creditcard-company to get my money back. 🤬🤬
