After reading all the negative reviews, I was concerned since I had just placed and order with them. However, the parts showed up within a few days from ordering, and they were amazing quality, and packed almost too well! So far I'm very pleased and will definitely order again.

I bought parts from MOTEA online. Not EBay. But MOTEA on EBay is still the same company as MOTEA shop yes? I put bad review comments on eBay and astonishingly their defense as a company of my ill treatment is that they are a different department in that same company. Astonishing! My comments are not ‘ill comments’ they are the truth and the evidence of this will stand up in any court of law. MOTEA company originally lost my goods, refused to acknowledge this, then after my paying import duties which were not clearly listed on their website, and are still not clearly listed, the goods arrived badly damaged. The paltry €30 that the company offered will not cover half of the import duty. I would have to pay for the goods to be repaired or send them back and incur more cost (more than €30) as they only cover £3.60 of the return postage fees. Put yourself in my position. Their service is appalling at best! BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

If I could give a -5 for this company I would. Quality of parts are sub par and if you buy wheels from them with spokes I guarantee they will snap from the center of the hub. I was told they were made of aluminum. Who makes spokes out of aluminum? 🙄 Please find another company to buy your wheels. Their customer service is rude and they do NOT give refunds and after reading the other reviews I highly doubt you'll even receive them!

Awful experience, bought 4 items for a lot of money, they never sent anything I purchased, one of the items they sent even got delivered to a different address according to the online tracking, I emailed them about this then the next day the tracking info somehow CHANGED to show delivery to completely different address (I screen shotted everything for proof), both the addresses it claimed this one parcel was delivered to WHERE THE WRONG ADDRESS, one was a completely different county!!! The next order was for over 300 EUR and was not even sent to me. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Very delayed replies and very bad customer service staff! Item arrived very damaged and painted atrociously. £50 import charges. A small % refund offered to compensate the damage that wouldn’t even cover the repair! No understanding that returning the item is pointless as for them to receive it back it would cost and then cost another £50 import for me to receive another! Literally the worst company I have ever purchased parts from!

AVOID AT ALL COST!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Worst experience ever with online shopping. I bought some side bags for my motorbike ( as I suppose to travel trought Europe from the 3 of June )at the beginning of Abril that supposed to be delivered in 10 days time, Nothing as been delivered and after 15 days I wrote to the company that told me that the delivery time was 55 days, and was scheduled for the 26 of May. Still nothing happened so I wrote again the 27 of May and they assure me that will deliver on 4 of June. That was very late but I reschedule my tour cross Europe for the 8 June. Nothing been delivered yet again, and ones I went back to the company they told me that still don't have the side bags, and I'll have to wait 6 to 8 weeks !!!!! And if I didn't like it I could order from someone else, when I've been already waiting for 70 days!!ITS A JOKE!!! I ask them to find a solution and if they could offer me some different bags or I I had to ask for refund, explaining them that I lost by old debit card and that de refund had to be on the new one.....wait for this... They wrote an email blaming me for the delay telling me that I knew it already and that they refund me on the los card! They are scummers! Be very aware! I have to change all the plans of holidays that I did after one year of hard work, as it was impossible to leave without bags, and with a very thight budget . AVOID AT ALL COST! Horrible customer service, hopefully the lady on customer service will loose her job, as she doesn't know how to do it

Poor and extremely rude customer service and guidens in according to products. No solution was found, and the person I talked to was not interested in finding s solution. Maybe the products are a bit cheaper than other stores, but just pay a bit extra then you don't have to deal with this company.

Bought wheels and according to the description, you only have to change one bearing. Whhels arrived poorly made, not proper spokes, cost close to £270 on top just to get them to work. Would not recommend this to anyone. Misleading description and standard reply to emails. Come one Motea, refund the monies I paid.

Will never buy from Mortea again!! Critical parts were missing from there packing, and now I got useless bags for my bike because of a missing bracket. Mortea will not take my complaint and keep emailing the same mail refusing to take responsibility.. Dont buy there, even I regret not taking bad reviews of them seriously..

Worst company I ever deal Ordered parts got shipment code I fallowed by it and I seen parts been send to my address then by some reason parts been send back to sender. Write email to company they sad by some mistake it went to them back but said when they will received it back send again to me. Received another email for thanks me to refund my order where I never been received it and refunded. Waist of time just now hope to get my money back.

I ordered a few pieces from this company in the sale during black Friday, the items were returned to the company by DHL because Motea had somehow shipped the order to the wrong address. Mistakes happen and their response was decent, they offered me a full refund or I could confirm the address and they would send it again. In response to this email I had asked a couple of questions, "how long would it take if sent again", "how long would a refund take". I had wanted the products and had not planned on a refund. The response I got to that email was "as agreed we have sent your order again". None of my questions were answered and I had not given a new address. I asked what address was it sent to and they responded with again the same "wrong" address. This baffled me as why would you send it again to the wrong address instead. I have checked the DHL link this morning and again the parcel has been returned to them, I am still awaiting a response to simple questions from my first email, and the only response I keep getting is "As already agreed we have sent it". You would have to go out of your way to both not bother reading the emails in response to their mistake in the first place. Extremely poor service.

I had to engage Paypal in order to get my money back. Scammers. I cant believe some brands engage with them and even sell their products exclusively through them (hint: ConStands)... Never again!!

Waited a month for my order only to find they've sent the wrong item. Have emailed them three times with no response. If I'd seen the reviews before I ordered my item I would not have used them. The lifting stand is not compatible with the dolly. Dreadful Customer service.

Horrible service. I ordered a couple of items 2 months ago. After one month without even getting a tracking ID or something to know where the order is, I wrote them. They asked for payment confirmation. When I sent it to them, I was told there was a transmission error but the package is unlocked, so everything is fine. A month passed again, still no tracking ID so I wrote them again. This time they claimed I have not payed enough (not true) and should send payment confirmation again. Many mistakes, slow responses, I am not even sure now that I will ever receive this order. Definite 1 star, wouldn't recommend to anyone.
