Ordered a top box and pannier set. Panniers arrived fairly quickly but the rest of the order was missing. Then spent the next 3 months trying to get the rest of the set sent over. Despite several attempts it fell over at customs every time. Got a refund but now they don't seem to be able to get me a postage sticker to be able to return the bits I have.
Very dissapointing, wont be considering using them again. Shame, has some nice stuff.
