Appallingly bad
Appallingly bad. I so wish I had read some of these reviews before I ordered. Ordered 2 weeks ago (item in stock) it took a week for it to be dispatched. I contacted them and was given a tracking number - unfortunately that didn’t work for 48 hours. It was promised yesterday so waited in all day. Then at the end of the day it’s been delayed till Monday. Unfortunately that’s too late as it’s needed for Sunday (hence allowing 2 weeks). Customer service is nonexistent. Will not be buying from this company again. Shockingly bad.
