Placed an order with them, they delivered it to the wrong place, I am within my rights for them to redeliver/refund as they need to fulfil a contractual obligation with me when I placed an order with them that was accepted. However, they need to "investigate" even though the courier gave them photo evidence of delivering the parcel to a completely different location!!!!!!! £200.00, they ripped me off! Also, I posted on social media and they deleted the post so they do not give customers full transparency of what they are about. If they were reputable they would have addressed my concerns and also provided better customer support/service to reassure me that they would not take my money and deliver my items. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS BRAND, stick with reputable, trusted ones only to avoid the headache, stress and frustration!!!!
