“My daughter was adamant that she get her jeans from Motel despite the price. She got two pair, and they both were shorter than what was pictured on the model even thought the models were the same height as my daughter and we ordered the same length. Also we ordered a dark gray color for one of them and in just one laundering the coloring became totally splotchy (to the point my daughter pronounced them “ruined”—$100 jeans. After one wash). These jeans are garbage. They don’t feel lux or expensive at all. She also wanted jeans from Revice, which was also expensive and had stupidly long shipping, but those jeans were like, “WOW, these are nice. I can see why you pay more”. Motel jeans don’t have the details, the cut, the weight, the quality, or designer jeans. I definitely won’t buy again.”

“Jeans were to big, sizing chart was so confusing, unclear and INCORRECT. Extremely disappointed as i have heard good reviews from this brand, just to be let down heavily. Returns process is absolutely terrible AND EXPENSIVE when you are paying close to $130 in jeans, not by including shipping! Absolutely ridiculous that you cannot do an exchange when we are paying such a high price for these products. Will not be recommending your brand to anyone. Do not buy anything from Motel Rocks unless, you would like your jeans size to not be correct and pay an absurd price for returns.”

“This is a scam company. My daughter ordered something, no confirmation email. No phone number to follow up. The items never came. When she tries to email the company with an inquiry, the email doesn’t go through. This company needs to be investigated!”

“Bought jeans for daughter for Christmas but they were huge, started the return at a ridiculously high cost to me & posted it 3 days later. A whole month later I have heard nothing. I messaged & was told it could take 15 days…….its been a month. I will never purchase again & I will not be recommending your company to anyone.”

“Motel Rocks is the worst for customer service. It takes them days to 7 days respond to an email and when they finally respond, they are not helpful. I bought a pair of jeans ($100) in November for my daughter to give her on Christmas. Unfortuantely they did not fit, and I emailed them on Dec 26th reqesting return or credit since the website stated the date was past the return date. They finally emailed back - 7 days later- and said that I missed the seasonal extension date!!!!! and they didnt even respond on whether or not i could receive a credit. I would never support this business again!!!!”

“Horrible return process!!! Has to pay 30 euros to return a pair of jeans that should have been my size according to their size guide but was way too small!!!!! Material also looks and feels cheap. Do not get persuaded by tiktok to buy from here. Never ever again.”

“Got a skirt, I am always a size M, the size M was wayyy too large so when I went to return it I realised the price of the return was more than half the cost of the skirt! Definitely will not be shopping here again, ridiculous to not facilitate returns when sizing is so wacky.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible quality clothing and even worse customer service. I have been trying to return the $100 worth of clothing that I got for a refund but the customer service rep has been telling me she can’t find my order. Absolutely pathetic. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.”

“Would not recommend ESPECIALLY if you live in Canada. Right now I’m working on redoing my wardrobe with better quality pieces than what I have. I bought the Amabon top and a slouchy asymmetrical top. with usd conversion I paid $165 CAD with a $17 custom fee that I didn’t know about until it was delivered. The sizing is the worst I’ve seen so size up if you’re buying from here. I’ve never had a medium fit me so tight and the Amabon top has 0 stretch. The slouchy top size wise is okay, but I wasn’t too happy with how it sits on the body. It’s pretty boxy and it looks cheap. Both tops aren’t made with any inward curve in the waist which surprised me considering the price and brand. Idk.. I don’t leave reviews unless it’s a really good one, I’m just so disappointed that I spent about $190 on tops that could be from SHEIN”

“The jeans ordered are not even close to the look or style that was received. The quality is thin and flimsy and smell dirty. The “motel” tag that appears on the back of the pant in photos isn’t on the jeans received. The inside tag says “jeans” and S for small. There is no price tag of any sort attached to the jean. No shipping/purchase receipt. I’m very suspicious of where these jeans came from.”

“I'm 100% sure this company is a shein-like fast fashion scam, clothing is clearly sized up, then taped and clamped onto the models so it looks normal. Material is appalling, patterning is worse, definitely not made for anything other than a mannequin. Shocks me that you have the audacity to charge $70aud for a top that clearly wasn't designed or patterned by someone who knows how clothes work??? I even measured myself and bought a top that should have had room to move. Obviously I'm returning my item, but it gets better. I'm expected to cough up $30aud in advance for a return for a $70 top when I paid $12 in shipping to get it to me. Don't be tempted by the photos, their website is terrible, the product is terrible, and their ethics and customer care is even worse”

“You could say we never learn. After buying a pair of jeans that didn't fit, we started the return process and purchased a different style in the meantime. They didn't fit either, and we sent them back as well. Each return cost us 20 euros, there is still no sign of a refund (this was over a month ago), and one of the packages was just returned to me (it was "refused" according to the labels on the package). It's true we did not try to send the packages back via registered mail because it was already pricey enough. While online customer service seems friendly and on top of things, this seems to be a front.”
