ASOS are an online retailer, but no more websites will be opened to compete with the official Motelrocks store. The hype is out there already and people want to be on board. “if I could put negative 100 stars I would, I sent package back on April 11th and still did not get refund (today is may 27th), not to mention that it was almost $30 to sent their stuff back. Customer service is a joke and just trying to give some excuse instead of answer every time I contact them. Would not recommend and would never buy anything from their website. Quality is so bad and so cheap for such a high price, it’s crazy. items from SHEIN probably have better quality.”

“Only giving one star because I have to! I tried to return a dress in the extremely short time-frame that this company gives you compared to other companies. They claimed that were white stains on the dress when I packaged it immediately after trying it on so I am not sure where these white stains came from and I tried to buy a top before this and this top got cancelled stating that I had cancelled it when I never did! I am really disappointed with this company and am certain that I will never shop with them again!”

“I was really scared to order because of these reviews but I promise they were the best! Communication was really good and it delivered in 1/2 weeks. It is kinda overpriced but it’s okay.”

“This company pushes influencers to buy their cheap clothing and when you try to rerun the cheap clothing they will charge you $27 to return. $27 to return a $55. They are scammers. DONT BUY!”

“i am a mid sized girl. bought a shirt and pants from their site, arrived several weeks later (no tracking info was provided) insanely small. sizing is entirely inaccurate, the quality of the clothes material is also not worth the price. panders to micro-trends, not much variation available when shopping, mostly all crop tops or shirts with dumb cutouts.”

“Problems with returns for my last two orders. The first they didn’t refund the whole amount until I messaged them HOWEVER once I did they quickly sent the rest. The second order after I got a notification that they received it, I waited over 2 weeks and got no refund until I messaged customer service and THEN had the same problem of less being refunded than I was owed. Got a little frustrating having problem after problem but everything was sorted quickly after messaging customer service.”

“I will never shop from this company ever again. Cheap clothes and the customer service was TERRIBLE. They make you pay to return your clothes, and if they don’t except the return, they will make you pay to get them back or DISPOSE of them.”

“Awful. I purchased from the US and was waiting almost 2 weeks before I realized I had not gotten a shipping confirmation email from my order. I emailed the company and they told me my parcel was "lost." They offered 25% off my NEXT purchase and gave me no discount to re ship the package or faster shipping at an almost 20 day wait. In addition, if I had not emailed customer service, I would have lost my money and never been contacted about my clothes. Never purchasing from this website again and neither should you.”
