“I'm from the US and found motel rocks randomly while searching the web for a skirt. Their clothes are cheap and poorly made! I bought some swirly jeans for ($25 USD) which was a bargain for them. I fit them with no problem, they weren't too tight and had some stretch. After the second time I wore them, the inside thigh area was very frayed. I shouldn't have had this issue as they weren't worn out at all!!! It's ridiculous that almost all of their "clearance" items are $20USD & up. What's worse is you can't use any type of discount code for clearance items only full price!! That's outrageous considering that full price is usually $48-80. I gave them another shot and ordered some print jeans again (which they do have a knack for designing). I ordered the same size as the last jeans except now I can't even button them? How is this sizing so off when I haven't gained any weight! I tried returning and was told to pay $30 of my own money just to send back. PATHETIC! I'm keeping them to sell on my own, just won't be purchasing from them again.”

“Problems with returns for my last two orders. The first they didn’t refund the whole amount until I messaged them HOWEVER once I did they quickly sent the rest. The second order after I got a notification that they received it, I waited over 2 weeks and got no refund until I messaged customer service and THEN had the same problem of less being refunded than I was owed. Got a little frustrating having problem after problem but everything was sorted quickly after messaging customer service.”

“Service and delivery very efficient. The dress my daughter ordered was very disappointing , poor in quality, lots of loose threads and very over priced . My daughter is a perfect size 10 the dress was not true to size , it was big on the waist and tight across the bust 🙃”

“I love the clothes at motel rocks but it’s a shame as I’m normally a size 6-8 in skirts so I order a Xs in all skirts from Motel and they always come up huge. So then I order an Xs in dresses and they are small! Can’t Win!”

“Purchased the Basta Jogger in Acid Washed Black with Angel Embro. Very comfortable and looked like the photograph, however they were made out of a low quality material that didn’t last through many washes. The material became worn and unwearable after only two months of owning them and wearing them very little. This is is unacceptable at this price, would not recommend!”

“Shipping was super fast (I’m from Germany) and I was so excited to wear the dress. Until I held it in my own hands. The fabric is just awfully thin and definitely not what I expect from a 44€ dress. This will definitely go back.”

“I bought a sequin slip dress and a sequin bandeau from Motel Rocks three days ago. Shipping and delivery was fast to the UK so I can not fault that. The bandeau was what I expected, fit fine as expected also as it is adjustable. Bought it in the sale from £30 to £15. The slip dress at first glance looked great, I tried it on and felt as though I could’ve got a size small, which is very rare for me but was my own fault. I expect the length of the dress would be suitable for anyone who is petite or shorter, however I am 5’8 and I definitely couldn’t do anything apart from stand up straight in it. The sequins were also stitched into one part of the dress which was very noticeable once on and the sequins had already started to fall off after wearing it for 5 minutes. This dress at full price was £50! I paid £19 and would definitely not have paid anymore for it! It’s a very cheap, poor quality, made in china dress and i would feel devastated if I had paid full price for this item.”

“I ordered 5 items off Motel Rocks and I am disappointed. Only 1 out of all 5 was decent. Their clothing is WAY to expensive for the TERRIBLE QUALITY of clothing they provide. You are paying +$40 per clothing item for cheap and paper thin material. Definitely sticking to Uban Outfitters. I will be returning 4 of the 5 items. I will keep you updated on the return.”

“Clothes is poor quality considering the price - £35 for a flimsy playsuit that felt worse than Primark's! Sent back day after receiving but refunds take about a month to arrive. Not happy!”
