“I bought 3 pairs of trouser which 2 of them were unfortunately too big They were very easy to return and only cost £1 Also I bought new ones in smaller sizes but accidentally got the wrong shipping ( my mistake ) and I needed these within 4 days for holiday I emailed about cancelling the order and a lovely ladie called Rosie got back to me within an hour and cancelled and refunded me immediately I now have ordered a new 2 pairs with express And they are coming in 2 days AMAZING EXPERIENCE x”

“I ordered the long leopard print skirt with the spilt and then I read the reviews, then I was really worried however, the skirt was delivered in 4 days, it is perfect and looks great . I was notified at each point of delivery from depot. I will definitely be ordering from the site again. so no need to worry . This is why I’ve given 5 stars”

“I was very worried when I saw the reviews after purchasing - but there was honestly no need! I recently bought 4 items and they are great value for money. I purchased a T-shirt XXL and when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was actually generously sized unlike most companies with their tiny tiny sizing. The cycle shorts I bought from the sample sale fit me well and the fabric (isn't anything that you'd get from a high end company or anything) is good quality and doesn't distort when stretched which was a major concern of mine. Overall, I will be shopping there again - I would recommend to a friend!”

“I ordered a dress, turned up in excellent timing. Dress unfortunately didn't fit although material was great quality. Returned back to them and received my refund. I was put off using them reading the comments on here but I am glad I placed the order as the below does not describe them in my experience at all! Great company, great quality and I will be ordering again! Don't let the other reviews put you off - most people will only review if they have a bad experience and no one really does when its good - just a little something to remember!”

“I actually Google-ed a website to leave Motel Rocks a review they deserve because I am so happy with my dress (I normally don't care to spend time writing reviews). I am surprised that the first three reviews I am reading say their customer service is horrible. Lucky for me that maybe they changed their service management when I ordered my dress. I really needed this dress to arrive on time for a photoshoot event so I wrote in the comments, "If I receive my order in 10 working days, I will forever love Motel Rocks." Not only did it arrive in 10 working days (very impressive since I live in California, US), but its packing slip had a smiley face :) drawn next to my printed comment. I am very happy to know that Motel Rocks really does read the comments and tries their best to fulfill them. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the dress-- true to how it looks on the website. Mad love and much thanks to Motel Rocks.”
