Problems with returns for my
last two orders. The first they didn’t refund the whole amount until I messaged them HOWEVER once I did they quickly sent the rest. The second order after I got a notification that they received it, I waited over 2 weeks and got no refund until I messaged customer service and THEN had the same problem of less being refunded than I was owed. Got a little frustrating having problem after problem but everything was sorted quickly after messaging customer service.
