The clothes are aimed at fashionable girls and ladies with amazing proven sales in Selfridges, Top Shop, Cult Clothing and House of Fraser, not to mention smaller independent stores...Republic and Bank are desperate to take the products for Winter! ASOS are an online retailer, but no more websites will be opened to compete with the official Motelrocks store. The hype is out there already and people want to be on board. Motel is loved by Lily Allen, Little Boots, Alesha Dixon, Shingai of the Noisettes and Peaches Geldof to name but a few.

“Do not buy from this company if you are in the US. I purchased a pair of jeans for my daughter. They were too large and I needed to return or exchange them. They want to charge me $23 to ship the return. Total rip off and defeats the purpose of on-line shopping.”

“The sizing for pants is absolutely terrible along with the shipping, it took so long for my pants to come and my tracking information wouldn’t update until the day of delivery, when the pants arrived they were way too big (I ordered a small and these have enough room in them to fit a M- L) and just overall fit terribly and the quality is definitely not worth the price, feels like I bought something of shein.”

“The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with!! I spent over $170 on two pairs of jeans only to find when the order finally arrived over a month later that I only had 1 pair of jeans in my order. I told them everything that happened with A LOT of proof and they still haven’t sent me a refund and believe I’ve been sent both the jeans. Never buying from here again, they will scam you for money!”

“Absolutely awful return service for the US. Took $30 off the original price and then wanted me to pay $30 for shipping?? I wouldn't have gotten any money back. not to mention the dress looked nothing like the pictures. Such a scam. An entire star is wayyy too generous. Please don't buy from them & save your money.”

“- terrible quality - see-through I bought those flared leggings that tie around and they feel like leggings you got when you were a kid from Sainsbury’s . I also bought a keyhole top that matches the bottom and it’s is not a stretchy or comfy material. Don’t waste your money buying from motel rocks.”

“Quality of clothing is amazing HOWEVER customer service is very poor, ordered from them over a month ago but the items I ordered didn’t fit so processed a return, Not only has it taken a month for the refund to come through but they have only refunded me £15 even though I paid £90 for the clothes ! Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.”

“First I waited weeks and weeks for my order to arrive, but I put this down to COVID no problem. Now my order has arrived and I’m shocked at the sizing. I’m normally a Medium or UK 16. I ordered a large and can barely get it on, considering this is the largest size available I am very disappointed in the sizing range. Then I tried to return it and they do not offer free returns and are trying to charge me almost as much as the product was in the first place to return it! Ridiculous returns policy!!”

“I was really looking forward to ordering from Motel Rocks as I have always heard good things and love the look of their clothes. The experience I have ultimately had however has been horrendous and I couldn't bring myself to recommend them to anyone. I ordered from them over two months ago now. After 2 weeks I contacted them for an update on my order only to be told (a week later) that the package was marked as return to sender and that when it was received back into the warehouse they would contact me to see how I would like to proceed. That was over a month ago now. I have not received any further correspondence and my emails following this have been ignored. Ultimately I feel as if I have been scammed out of over £100. I have never left a review on a company before, however I just feel like I need to warn anyone considering to buy off them in the future to steer clear as it is not worth the risk of possibly losing money.”

“I want to start by saying that I can not fault the quality of their clothes. HOWEVER, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an order on September 1st, was not given tracking information for when it entered my country, it was then returned to their warehouse without an “attempt” to deliver it to me. It takes at least 6 days if not more, to get a reply from the customer service team. When they did finally reply at first I was told there was nothing they could do until they received the item in the warehouse, it’s October 4th and I am told they are out of stock of the item I originally ordered so I was offered a refund or I could wait until the product was back in stock… this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth for a brand I previously adored!”

“I bought a suit over a month ago and the parcel got lost on the way. I contacted their extremely lame customer service but I only got automated replies and had to wait over a week to get one. When I reported my order was lost they refused to refund me. I have filed a formal complaint on customer protection”

“El envio tardo mas de la cuenta, cuando llego a España no tuve aviso alguno y mi paquete fue devuelto a Alemania porque la dirección estaba mal puesta por un error suyo, para contactar con ellos es difícil. Quiero el reembolso del dinero. No lo recomiendo.”
