The clothes are aimed at fashionable girls and ladies with amazing proven sales in Selfridges, Top Shop, Cult Clothing and House of Fraser, not to mention smaller independent stores...Republic and Bank are desperate to take the products for Winter! ASOS are an online retailer, but no more websites will be opened to compete with the official Motelrocks store. The hype is out there already and people want to be on board. Motel is loved by Lily Allen, Little Boots, Alesha Dixon, Shingai of the Noisettes and Peaches Geldof to name but a few.

“I paid $103 for a pair of pants with $10 shipping, when I got the pants they were too small. I tried submitting a return and was asked to pay $30 to ship the pants back and I was only being refunded $87. I just want my money back, it’s not my fault your clothing is not true to size, this is ridiculous.”

“So far so good. I bought 3 pairs of size small pants on sale, fit perfectly. I've since washed them and still seem fine. I'm waiting on 5 more pair I ordered for spring, all on sale for 15.00. Of course if I was in a different financial situation and couldn't afford to have a ridiculous amount of clothes to rotate I may feel differently. They aren't quality like my Eddie Bauer or Anne Taylor pants, some which are 10 years or older but still okay quality and worth 15.00 a pair”

“man don't even bother. crappy quality. crappy customer service. been 3 months and I still haven't gotten my refund for returned items. not worth the time or money.”

“Do NOT buy clothing here. If your item doesn't fit, you have to pay an exorbitant amount (like $27) to return it. That is the WORST customer service I have ever run across. Once bitten, twice shy -- I learned my lesson and will not shop here again and will tell all my friends the same.”

“Their shipping takes forever it’s been 2 weeks and I am yet to hear any updates about my package, I’ve reached out to their online costumer service twice and am yet to hear back, very concerning when I paid for express shipping from them”

“If you’re not afraid to take risks and don’t usually return your clothes then I guess this is the store for you. It’s hit or miss, ordered one top that I liked and another had makeup stains and was VERY poor quality. The cost to return (postage) is almost as much as the shirt so no point in returning. Awful return policy and they also don’t do exchanges. It’s on me for not looking up their return policy before ordering but I will NEVER order from Motel Rocks again.”

“the clothes are really, really, really CHEAP!!! i ordered 2 boleros and they are the thinnest material and the stitching doesn't line up. i ordered a skirt in an XXS but it was huge (i already sized down once because i saw reviews complaining that they run large), and it fit my friend who is normally an M. i don't know how the sizing is that off. the skirt also had loose threads and was so thin. lastly i got a leather jacket from them and the zipper came broken...? everything is so flimsy. nothing is worth the price tag. i wonder if they send influencers better products or something. my shein clothes are better than this...”

“DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. i ordered two pairs of jeans. one arrived with a crusty button and zipper, it almost looked rusted, and i can’t even unzip the zipper. i tried on the second pair and they were WAY TOO SMALL, even though i got a size bigger than my waist size, just to be safe. i have a 31.5 inch waist and i checked their size chart, which told me that a large would be for a 33 inch waist. they were not even close to 33 inches. they weren’t even close to 31.5 inches. i tried to make a return and didn’t finish because my refund was going to be $29, but shipping it back was over $27. i was so excited for these jeans and i’m very disappointed.”

“says "easy returns and exchanges" on their website don't be foolled payed $30 to ship back on top of $10 shipping to recieve and i would have to repurchase for my correct size and pay for shipping again, bad service do not recommend”

“DISGUSTING AND UNHYGIENIC! Don’t buy, I bought a cardigan from them and I tried it on. As I was taking it off something crunchy fell into my hand. It was a cockroach. A massive dead cockroach in my hand. I am so disgusted. Also in the same package I bought some leather pants and they smelt awful, like fish type of smell. It was so strong and disgusting i will never buy from them again. Now when I try to return it they want to charge me $27??? This is a horrible company and not worth it at all.”

“Will never buy from them again. Been their customer for a few times until this time when I need to return a couple things that poorly made and ill fitting, they try to charge $30 upfront for a freaking USPS label that I can buy for $7 at USPS (same exact type of label). This is ridiculous.”

“I'm from the US and found motel rocks randomly while searching the web for a skirt. Their clothes are cheap and poorly made! I bought some swirly jeans for ($25 USD) which was a bargain for them. I fit them with no problem, they weren't too tight and had some stretch. After the second time I wore them, the inside thigh area was very frayed. I shouldn't have had this issue as they weren't worn out at all!!! It's ridiculous that almost all of their "clearance" items are $20USD & up. What's worse is you can't use any type of discount code for clearance items only full price!! That's outrageous considering that full price is usually $48-80. I gave them another shot and ordered some print jeans again (which they do have a knack for designing). I ordered the same size as the last jeans except now I can't even button them? How is this sizing so off when I haven't gained any weight! I tried returning and was told to pay $30 of my own money just to send back. PATHETIC! I'm keeping them to sell on my own, just won't be purchasing from them again.”

“Refused to accept my return when I had only tried the item on once. Paid extortionate return shipping of $30 that look over a month, the item only cost me $65 (only returned because it didn’t fit so would go to waste anyway) and they had the cheek to say I’d need to pay an extra $10 for them to ship the item back again!! Avoid at all costs! Cheap quality clothing”

“Awful, awful, awful, clothes run unbelievably small, material was different and much cheaper from pics on site and they make returns almost impossible. Save your time, shop somewhere else.”

“I bought 4 tops and one of them was sized about two sizes smaller than all the rest of their clothing. If I would have known it was a different fit in comparison to everything else I would have ordered a larger size. The problem is with motelrocks you have to pay shipping returns and from US to the UK is $30 and so it costs more than the clothing”
