I want to start by saying that I can not fault the quality of their clothes. HOWEVER, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an order on September 1st, was not given tracking information for when it entered my country, it was then returned to their warehouse without an “attempt” to deliver it to me. It takes at least 6 days if not more, to get a reply from the customer service team. When they did finally reply at first I was told there was nothing they could do until they received the item in the warehouse, it’s October 4th and I am told they are out of stock of the item I originally ordered so I was offered a refund or I could wait until the product was back in stock… this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth for a brand I previously adored!
