Overall horrible service, I spent an extra thirty dollars for express shipping, i ordered my items in advance to be precautious and they will no longer arrive on time for my homecoming dance. I received an email stating my items had been flagged. I contacted their customer service and received a response that seemed to be dodging my question. I now tried to cancel my order and have received no response from motelrocks. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and would advise you to shop somewhere else or shop with extreme caution, due to the price, quality, and time of shipment.
