Clothes are ridiculously undersized. I am a UK size 10 in most stores, occasionally a UK size 8, and I can't even fit into one of their medium dresses (equivalent to a 12 according to their size guide). The problem is the length which is terribly short no matter what size you go for! Who are these designed for? Telling that they don't have any catwalk videos on their website. If you had to walk in these dresses, they'd turn into a top after two steps.
