Awful Customer Service. Cancelled an order 5 days and it's taken 8 calls and still no refund. Different story every time. One person I spoke to had her mobile ringing during our call and I could hear her texting a response. Rude abnoxious and and frustrating.
Mothercare if you read this, YOUR STAFF REQUIRE TRAINING IMMEDIATELY!
I will never order through Mothercare again. Nice products awful customer service
