Seriesly, it starts to getting on my nerves. Order #N69006, if you don't have the merchandise in stock, just set the online stock to zero. Is it fun to sell something that's not in stock, and only supply a tracking number then hold it for weeks before actually dispatch it?
Also, you intentionally avoid leaving any effective 2-way communications measures so customers cannot get in touch with you. The only option customers have, is the email, yeh email. How great is that, customers send you email asking where is their order, and you can just ignore them if you like, how great is that? But I started to wonder, who gives you that previlige to ignore those messages when you are the one holding and delaying the order?
What a dodgy bunch of people... It can be easily told from the first glance at your site, avoiding leaving any effective 2 way communication means, well done! Paypal case coming, but it's still a shame not able to get you giving that you must have done this many times with other customers.
To other customers, stay away from this dodgy company, they are not really operating in a formal way, it's more like 'I do whatever I like with order' styles of management.. If you'd like to reply on your luck and the owner's mode, then go ahead, otherwise better stay off this shop.
