Ordered Veer cart and accessories. One was shipped via starstruck one with auspost a week after I was going tracking numbers I contacted asking why they hadn't been sent the online team contacted the warehouse and that day they were shipped. I never received any follow-up. I had contacted aus post and Startrack, both told me that the issue was the sender hadn't posted.
