Product took 8 weeks to get to me, I sent emails to ask where it was, shipment was delayed although the product said available when I ordered it.
Asked for a refund at 7 weeks, reply was “ it was being sent out now”
I am happy with product although will have to wait for grandson to visit again to try it out
