Used motorNovo car loan, when traded car back to dealer, the dealer paid off the loan. Unfortunately, probably due to COVID19 restrictions, the payment was delayed, either by the dealer or by MotoNovo, not by me. Consequently, I now have a negative entry on my credit rating. MotoNovo representative was rude and unsympathetic. I would never recomend this company.
