Rubbish company, always looking for ways to add interest on top of interest that they already charge on the loan. Trying to explain to them that you've been made redundant is demoralising (they make you feel like utter dirt), and when you finally get yourself back on your feet and start making regular payments and extra on top it's not enough, they want blood. Go elsewhere for finance!
