Overall using i3 was a positive experience. I was quite picky about which car I wanted, but Natalie and Jan were really patient with me and found me a great car.
On delivery there were a couple of unexpected issues with the car- Mike was helpful with this and I’m hoping that these problems can be resolved via i3 and the dealership.
Would recommend to others and would probably use again.
