I recently purchased a Jaguar XE through i3 finance all smooth and straight forward in April this year. The car I have isn't road worthy at all and has broken down 3 times with a serious fuel pipe problem underneath the car. Ive also lost 2 full tanks of diesel totalling £140 and nwalry £300 in repair bill to put this right. Also under inspection there is a hole in the underside of the car that I was unaware of. Plus an upgrade in membership to bail me out at an additional cost of £60.... increasing my premium from 8 to £16 per month. They need to help resolve my issues asap or I have no choice but to claim for my losses legally. I'm hoping to hear from them soon with a solution.
