Kept in the loop all the way by sugar, and always made sure my requirements were met when choosing a vehicle. A little slow with delivery but this wasn't the fought of i3. Leanne in after sales provided good customer service and very good communication all round. I particularly like the fact that they communicate via text message, I could even message when at work with questions and not have to call! Thanks to all.
