Ginette and Donna are a credit to the business and have worked tirelessly to ensure that I finally got the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately the first vehicle I was purchasing suffered defects and the supplier was incredibly unbecoming in their attitude to fixing the issue. This caused a delay of 7 weeks and even through all of this Ginette and Donna were fantastic in keeping me updated and trying wholeheartedly to try and get the supplier to show some seblance of customer service. Unfortunately, this was not. the case and i chose a different vehicle. once again the process with i3 and Ginette and Donna was seamless however another issue with another vehicle. However, this was a different supplier and Donna was able to agree with the supplier a more convenient timeline to repair the issues and within a week my vehicle has been delivered. If it wasn't for supplier issues the whole process would have been tremendous. Donna and Ginette are a credit to the business and a pleasure to deal with.
