I had two guys helping me Danny who was the first point of contact and Arkin once I had chosen a vehicle. Danny initially told me it would be difficult as my limit was set very low due to having terrible credit but he searched for additional lenders and once they saw my incomings my budget was doubled. Fantastic! I chose my vehicle and arkin made contact to tell me the next steps etc. I recieved multiple emails texts and calls keeping me in the loop. It took a little longer than I had hoped from start to finish as I needed to wait for my vehicle to undergo a fresh mot but all in all it was very smooth and efficient. Took delivery on my focus yesterday evening and couldn't be happier with it. I owe a big thanks to the company as I have made mistakes many years ago with finances and credit and ever since then no one was willing to give me a chance outside of phone companies. If you're debating whether to do it or not due to your credit I recommend these guys. It seems like they go.above and beyond for the customer. Thank you Danny and thank you Arkin.
