Shannon at the begining was very helping sourcing cars for me and being available to chat via text was handy as I was working. Slight hiccup with an original car I chose was sold (I'd suggest in-future maybe putting a deposit down when a car has been chosen) this was not motormarkets fault that the car was sold. Shannon was very apologetic and very patient and listened to what I wanted and the specs of what i wanted. There was never any pressure.
I applied just before Xmas which slowed things down(understandably)however i was updated at every stage.
Appraisal for the car was sent straight away via email and its thorough. There was a few minor scratches that were marked and these were fixed prior to my delivery.
Arkin from aftersales took over after I had selected the car and was very professional and understanding if I wasn't sure of something and made sure I was up to date with expected delivery and times. I've received car today and Arkin called and we went over the car on the phone.
This is my first car on finance as my credit really is poor and there was never any judgement, so far I'd definitely use them in future. If you're on the fence go for it.
Throughout this process I've been working so the texting was really helpful and Arkin was especially patient as I tended to miss his call first time and had to return the calls...just about everytime. Sorry Arkin!
