Vic delt with my complaint from day one and he has really been so helpful through out the process even though I kept calling him he never got fade up of me. I am so grateful that I finally got my car fixed and he even had to take the trouble to call me to find out if I had managed to get to the garage he had allocated. Can't thank you enough VIc.
