I was having a look online and enquired via a form on motorlemd website. Within the hour my application was being processed. I was giving an account manager (Ginette) who was extremely helpful, assisted me and answered all my questions. Going from that I sent over all my documents to her who then dealt with the finance company for me. Within 2 days I was accepted. I was originally accepted for a 10k loan but Ginette spoke with the finance team and managed to secure me up to a 15k loan meaning I could purchase the car I had been looking at. Fast forward on to day 4 my car was secured and sold to me. When I was going to collect my car, I called my after sales rep Claire who also was extremely helpful and had the money deposited to the garage within 3 minutes of my phone call. Within 5 days, my finance was accepted, car was secured and collected.
