I had great communication from the start of the process. It was quick and easy. The confirmation from the finance team did take a while (nearly 2 weeks) but once it was approved, choosing and getting my new car was very quick. I had contact with an after sales team member, Hasan, that supported me through the signing of documents and contacting the dealer to confirm delivery of my new car. He was friendly and helped me until the car was on my drive. Overall great service
