I have purchased 4 cars and my wife 2 cars. I got the car and went on holiday and never looked at it until I came home. The car was in a disgusting condition. I opened the bonnet to check the engine and found it was all covered in what appeared to be mud and dried water. The doors were the same. I rang them for the service book or information on it. Three weeks later I'm still waiting. I spoke to staff who said they would get Jack Fleet to ring me back twice. Iwent into the branch to ask about the service book and they said they would contact me. Im still waiting for replies from both. I hope the CEO reads this because he is responsible for his staff.
