Bought a car part exchanging my old car on 17th june, gave them a 5* review how wrong i was, almost a month has gone by and they still havn't settled the finance on my old car even though they sold it a week after they took it. They sold it with outstanding finance on it (illegal i think) my finance company tell me i have to continue paying them until they settle the loan. Where is the customer care, also the day after i took delivery of my new car the service warning light came on, and they told me everything that needed to be done to my new car had been done they don't reply to emails and don't return calls, wheres the customer care.
