My bad experience is is I don't trust the paper checklist there phonie I had my car since April 2023 Peugeot 3008 gt line when I tried my front lower spot lights on October 8 for the first time O/S not working never tried them before I phone C Service to be told you need a dionostic test and a new bulb there would be a cost my word against there word that the car May not have been checked out correctly meaning the lights it's breaks are like a wagon when I stop grinding it still the same and yes it's suppose to have been checked and disc replacement in future if I purchase a car I'll take to a reputable garage for there honest opinion because MOTOR RANGE are not honest my name Mr William Tomkins Motor range Bootle liverpool

Loved everything about Motor Range from start to finish. The great selection of cars, free coffee, lovely site, staff and after sales. I’ll definitely be back see you in a few years!

From availability of parking spaces when we first arrived to being greeted and so welcomed by fantastic hosts on reception this truly was a memorable experience from start to finish, during the sales process I mentioned to the sales man that I listened to Smooth radio on my daily commute, upon arrival for the handover this was already pre set for me along with my home address pre installed into the sat nav, such a lovely personal touch, we genuinely couldn’t be happier with our new car and will 100% be coming back when we are ready to change again - Thank you to all the staff at Motor Range

Bought a van from Matt on Sunday very happy with the service I got ,Matt did not pressure, me in any way . Just left me to look around .but when assistance was needed he was there.

I got car finance through this company all seemed good to start pleasant staff my finance got approved and I was told I could pick car up on the Friday all good so far Friday comes and told car not even on site then asked come in Tuesday still no car once again was told come in Friday the car will be ready and they would put a full tank of fuel in I said OK thanks so phoned up today to arrange To pick car up and yes still no car telling me the bumper and another part was damaged ( which was not told to me from the start just feel like I'm being pushed for side to side and still not getting a date for my car I know car is on finance but got payments coming out of bank and not even seen this car ?????

Nathan sales person was very helpful in helping me select the right car to match my needs He took time to talk me through my options and gave me lots of information to consider. A great experience I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Also Alan from sales team was very helpful when I first started enquiring for a new car. I went to Motor Range to look at a 1 year old Kia on Sunday the 29th May 2022 of which I was very impressed with , after we did the deal the salesman Steve told me that he had just recently sold the car and they returned it as it was to slow and that the previous owner was going to bring the log book in to the showroom on the coming Thursday which would be the 2nd June and that he would tax the car then for me, he said that I was OK to drive the car in the meantime as the previous owner still had the car taxed , I arranged to collect my car on Tue 31st May , he then did tell me that there was an £89 admin fee to buy the car and also £25 fuel charge as they put that in the car for you. On collection day , he assured me that he was going to tax it on Thursday , and on inspecting the car I noticed a chip in the front bumper what was not there when I looked at it previous, Steve the salesman said if he had seen it , he would have had it fixed, On the way home I had to stop at a petrol station as the car only had just over quarter of a tank which was the same when I looked at viewed the car, they kept my £25 and did not put fuel in my car. So from Tuesday I have been running round enjoying my road legal car , or so I thought at the weekend I got stopped with the police and made to look like a criminal for having no road tax, I explained that I just bought it and that the garage taxed it the Thursday just gone, luckily he let me go on my way, I phoned Motor Range and they did not tax it on the Thursday and was just about to go to the post office at weekend to tax it, therefore since Tuesday ive been running round with No road tax , I phoned Motor Range on Sunday 06th and they said they would call me back within 10 mins, guess what im still waiting, there is no decent after care, once they have your money they don't care , I was given an illegal car to drive around in, and they stole £25.00 from me for fuel they never give me, so I would not recommend Motor Range , im lucky that the police did not impound the car and get a £1000 fine for driving with no road tax , I also don't know why I should be paying £89 for the utter service that I received .

Bought a car part exchanging my old car on 17th june, gave them a 5* review how wrong i was, almost a month has gone by and they still havn't settled the finance on my old car even though they sold it a week after they took it. They sold it with outstanding finance on it (illegal i think) my finance company tell me i have to continue paying them until they settle the loan. Where is the customer care, also the day after i took delivery of my new car the service warning light came on, and they told me everything that needed to be done to my new car had been done they don't reply to emails and don't return calls, wheres the customer care.

Buyers beware, took delivery of a car on 17th June part ex chaging my old car, 3 weeks on they still haven't settled the finance on it even though they sold my old car the following week knowing it had outstanding finance on it (which is illegal). Emails ignored phone calls they said they would get back to me they haven't, the irony is the finance company say i have to keep paying them until motor range decide to settle the finance, and the people who bought my old car are driving round in a car with outstanding finance on it.

salesman did not check car before we collected.no wheel nut key several marks on paint work would not use them for buying a car
