I bought a pair of waterproof boots for my son online. They arrived and he could barely get one shoe on (obviously a size too small). I thought it would be no problem to take them to our nearest Mountain Warehouse store for a size bigger. The clerk said we can’t accept these as the have been worn. I explained that nobody wore the boots and they were too small for my son. I politely said I would do the return with the online company. The online returns person asked for pictures and also declined to take back the boots. PLease be aware: they must have sent me a returned pair and now I’m out $80. This is very deceitful (company trying to get rid of used products to online orderers). Those boots were sent to me in this condition. I can’t believe this has happened! I’m extremely disappointed with the horrible customer service and that a company like this is okay robbing customers of their hard earned money.
