good quality products. found what I needed. Reasonable delivery time.
terrible refund policy. after i personally paid for return postage, they deducted $15 from my return simply for processing it. if i had understood this I wouldn't have bought from them as other companies give you free return postage and deduct this amount from your refund, with no charge for processing. first time i have come across this. very unhappy.
