Appalling online customer service. Conversation abruptly finished by ‘Christine’. Bought mens mucker boots from Mountain Warehouse via online Amazon store. Both split. Shop will not accept a return or exchange despite having a pair in the shop and being presented with the split boots. Shop staff polite unlike online staff. Amazon terms will not allow a return. Copy of invoice available. £50 + out of pocket. Cheers.
