Purchased hat, mitts and neck warmer for my daughter and needed to exchange for a larger size. I had a receipt but not the loose cardboard it came packaged in. Refused to exchange in store and I emailed customer service who also refused to exchange. Receipt states ‘exchange with proof of purchase’ . How misleading as I have the original receipt.
I will not be purchasing from your company again. How disappointing to lose a customer over a $30 purchase.
