First package was lost in international mail. Mountain Warehouse re-shipped my item (a puffer jacket) without any issues. I received my item and am happy with the quality for what I paid. Many reviewers say that they have issues with "courier losing parcel" and it takes forever to receive the orders, but they have to remember they're often getting international mail and it takes a bit to get though customs and all that, especially with worker and trucker shortages. So be patient and allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Quality of products is worth the low price.
