Returned an item, bought in store Epsom branch, brand new, unworn with tags, purchased a few days earlier. Returned on the 9th Jul to Mountain Warehouse Epsom branch. I am still waiting for the refund to show on my credit card statement today 24th July 15 days later!
I contacted customer services who asked for a copy of transactions on my statement ( prob to make sure I hadn’t been refunded) which I duly sent to them and as yet have not received a response.
